Lumenis is committed to physician and staff education and offers numerous opportunities for our customers to stay abreast of the latest clinical advances in Intense Pulsed Light and laser technologies, as well as participate in hands-on training courses. The Company sponsors accredited "Centers of Excellence" which serve as hubs for workshops and seminars on IPL and laser technology. In addition, our experienced team of Physicians and Clinical Application Specialists provide comprehensive in-service and ongoing customer support and training. This on-site customer training includes didactic sessions, hands-on training and case support. In addition, our customers can participate in preceptorship opportunities with leading luminaries from around the globe or simply attend an advanced techniques educational eseminar from the convenience of their own computer.

The Company operates a rapid response technical call center for ongoing technical support.
