September 14, 2011

J. Kevin Duplechain M.D. F.A.C.S.
Facelift surgery corrects one of the three components of aging: the effect of gravity. In order to maximize results for patients, skin changes and the loss of volume should be addressed as well. While many of the underpowered CO2 lasers on the market are not suitable for this type of treatment, the UltraPulse CO2 laser provides the surgeon the safety and flexibility to treat the skin during facial rejuvenation surgery so that skin changes are addressed concurrently.
Three Components of Aging
Effect of gravity (surgery)
Effect of skin (laser resurfacing)
Effect of volume loss (fat injecections)
